Michael Willoughby wanted to develop a logo for his copywriting business. He started out with the concept of incisiveness in his writing, and he liked the sword used by the Tuareg called the takuba because it has a great name.
Some research showed up the motif of the star, which was adapted to suit the font that Michael chose from the selection presented.
Through the Looking Glass book reviews website has recently relaunched with a logo I designed for the site’s owner Marya Jensen-Gruber. She keeps an amazing record of children’s book reviews and also offers a writing review service for budding authors.
I made a series of logos of which she has chosen one and blended it with the site’s colour scheme.
